About Me

My name is Rowena Phillips, and I studied at the award-winning Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis. I was awarded the Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and was nominated as the Most Outstanding Student in my training year.

My qualification also encompasses Hypnoanalysis and Psychotherapy. The course is accredited by: The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and The National Council for Psychotherapists (NCP).

In addition I am a Certified Practitioner in the Art of Neuro Linguistic Programming. I am also trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. I continue to study, and undertake Continuing Professional Development in order to offer my clients a skilled and proficient service.

Before training as a Therapist, my career spanned over 30 years as a lawyer. I qualified as a Barrister and worked in Her Majesty’s Court Service as a legal adviser to Magistrates. I have a lifelong interest in hypnosis and how the power of the mind can help us achieve our goals.

From time to time we all encounter difficulties in our lives, and need some help along the way. Each of us has the ability to change our life for the better, and if that is what you wish for, then I am here to help you. I offer you compassion, confidentiality, my full attention, and a wide experience of talking to and understanding people who find themselves in a variety of challenging situations.
